We offer Infrared Sauna Sessions from therapeutic to workouts ranging from spin, ignite, yoga, core, full body burn, resistance and stretch. We offer an open gym weight room plus body composition scans to track progress. Members have access from 4am- 10 pm 7 days a week. The first step in joining is to claim a free workout by booking on the website. The Infrared Room is founded by Temple Fitness. A personal training studio serving Franklin Tennessee since 2009. They are family owned and love serving the community to better health! The two businesses are located in the same building. Showers available!"
