Specializing in wedding and groom's cakes
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up baking! Various culinary and baking classes taught me the fine art of decorating and assembling those tall works of art called 'Wedding Cakes'
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe that since you have only one chance to get a wedding cake right, personalized service is an absolute must. Large bakeries just can't give the individualized service that I can provide.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am an independent baker, working for several event/wedding planners, as well as area hotels and restaurants. Therefore, I have only one location.
